Your CCPA rights

• Right to know: what personal information we collect, use, and share.
• Right to delete: ask us to delete your personal information.
• Right to correct: fix inaccurate personal information.
• No discrimination: we never treat you differently for exercising these rights.
• No sale or share: we do not sell or share your personal information, and we have no practice of doing so.

The fastest paths are built into the product: Settings → Export my data gives you a copy of your information, and Settings → Delete my account deletes it (deletion starts immediately and completes within 24 hours). For anything else, email hello@moveonfromyourex.com. A verified agent may make requests on your behalf. We confirm receipt of every request within 10 days and respond within 45 days, as the CCPA allows - in practice we are almost always faster.

Identifiers (email, sign-in identity), chat content and private notes you provide, and internet activity (via consent-gated analytics). We do not collect precise geolocation, biometrics, or information from anyone under 18.
