A new account starts with a 24-hour free Premium trial (no card required), then gets 5 messages a day (plus a long story message), memory of your story across chats, a daily check-in, the no-contact tracker, unlimited private notes and unsent letters, and Day 1 of both guided programs - with no payment details. You can also try 6 messages without an account.
How much does Premium cost?
Premium is $9.99 per month or $69 per year in the US; the pricing page and checkout show the price in your local currency. It gives you up to 150 messages a day, our strongest model with more of your conversation in mind, uploading your chat with them to talk it through, every day of both guided programs (Reclaim Your Heart and Your Next Chapter), editing what the companion remembers, plus bestie voice, themes and companion animals. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Is Premium a subscription or a one-time purchase?
A subscription. There are no packs to stack and no promo codes to chase - one flat plan, cancel anytime.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period. Your free daily messages continue either way.
