Your GDPR rights

• Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: delete your data - including the right to be forgotten.
• Restriction: limit how we process your data.
• Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.

The fastest paths are built into the product: Settings → Export my data gives you a full machine-readable copy, and Settings → Delete my account erases your data (deletion starts immediately and completes within 24 hours). For anything else, email hello@moveonfromyourex.com and we will respond within 30 days, as the GDPR requires.

After you delete your account we retain only a minimal deletion record (email, date, and the fact of deletion) for up to 7 years so we can honor requests and prevent fraud. It contains no chat content.

You can always contact us first and we will do our best to resolve the issue. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
