The service does not provide therapy, counseling as a regulated profession, crisis intervention as a substitute for emergency services, or medical advice. For emergencies, call your local emergency number or use crisis resources.

Do not use the product to harass others, coordinate harm, or generate abusive content. Only upload chat exports from conversations you were part of, and don't post anything in a shared story that could identify someone else. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users or operate the service safely.

Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, insensitive, or inappropriate for your situation. You remain responsible for decisions you make after using the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, moveonfromyourex and its operators disclaim liability arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

Payments are governed by our refund policy. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not create refunds for prior or current billing periods. Where consumer law in your country provides otherwise, those rights prevail.

You can delete your account and all associated data any time from Settings (“Delete my account”). We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or operate the service safely.

What you write is yours. The product itself - its software, design, and brand - belongs to moveonfromyourex. Using the service does not give you any rights to it.

If you share a story to “You're not alone”, you let us show it anonymously in the product and on our website. A person reads every story before it goes up, and we may decline or remove any story. Deleting your account removes your stories.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi. If you live somewhere with mandatory consumer protections, those still apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it. For material changes, we will show the updated terms on your next visit.
